The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts (sit‑down, stand‑up, reach truck, pallet jack) to transport materials within the facility. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently. Inventory management — stack, store, and organize goods in designated areas. Safety compliance — follow OSHA standards, LOTO procedures, and company safety policies. Equipment inspection — perform daily checks and report maintenance needs. Documentation — complete shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork accurately. Team collaboration — work with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift certification/license. Proven experience as a forklift operator in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. Ability to lift heavy loads and work in fast‑paced settings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Experience with multiple forklift types (sit‑down, stand‑up, reach truck, clamp truck). Basic mechanical knowledge for minor equipment troubleshooting. Warehouse and distribution facility. Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. Requires standing, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods.
