We currently have openings for:

Experienced Sortation Associates Forklift Operators Shift Leaders — must be bilingual in English and Spanish This is an excellent opportunity to earn steady hours and potentially continue working throughout the upcoming peak season.

Available Shifts First Shift:

8:00 AM-4:00

PM Second Shift:

4:00 PM-12:00

AM Third Shift:

12:00 AM-8:00 AM Candidates must be available to work their assigned schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays when required. Responsibilities Sort, scan, label, and organize packages or materials Load and unload products safely and efficiently Maintain an accurate and productive workflow Operate warehouse equipment when authorized Follow all safety rules and operating procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations Assist team members and supervisors as needed Forklift Operator Requirements Previous forklift operating experience Ability to safely operate assigned warehouse equipment Understanding of warehouse safety procedures Ability to move, load, and organize materials Strong attention to detail and workplace safety Shift Leader Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to communicate instructions clearly Assist with attendance, productivity, safety, and employee concerns Support and direct employees throughout the shift Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment General Requirements Previous warehouse or sortation experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse Reliable transportation Strong attendance and punctuality Must be able to work overtime as needed Must complete all required onboarding and screening steps

Pay:

$17.00 per hour

Expected Hours:

40 hours per week, with potential overtime during peak season
