The Talent Acquisition Technology Consultant will support and optimize technology solutions used across Talent Acquisition operations. The role requires strong experience with Talent Acquisition processes, ATS platforms, and data integration with downstream systems. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert for ATS functionality and related integrations. This position will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to support delivery and issue resolution. The role will also support requirements gathering, documentation, system support, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Support Talent Acquisition business processes and technology workflows. Serve as a subject matter expert for SmartRecruiters ATS functionality and related integrations. Analyze and troubleshoot ATS integration and system support issues. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to drive issue resolution. Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Talent Acquisition processes and system integrations. Support system implementation, ongoing technology support, and process improvement activities. Apply SDLC processes and maintain appropriate technical and functional documentation.Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Minimum 5 years of data integration experience. Hands on experience with SmartRecruiters ATS is must have. Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition business processes and workflows. Experience with ATS integrations and downstream systems. Experience working across business and technical teams. Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements. Strong understanding of SDLC processes and documentation practices. Bachelor's Degree is required.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with system implementation and ongoing application support. Experience with Talent Acquisition technology process improvement. Strong technical and functional documentation experience.Benefits:
