Now Hiring:

The Sit-Down Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, loading, and unloading of raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production operations while following all safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage raw materials and finished goods.
• Pick orders, complete putaways, verify inventory, and scan Pack IDs.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization activities.
• Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and housekeeping procedures.
• Communicate equipment, inventory, or quality issues to Leads or Management.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience required.
• Forklift certification for sit-down equipment required; reach truck and order picker experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Bonus Eligibility:
