We're hiring a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll operate a sit-down forklift, move materials throughout the facility, support inventory management, and help keep warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do + Safely operate a sit-down forklift throughout the warehouse + Load, unload, move, and store materials and products + Stack pallets and organize inventory in designated locations + Use warehouse systems and scanners to track inventory + Complete daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance needs + Keep forklifts clean and operating safely + Count inventory and confirm product quantities accurately + Read scales and measurements when handling materials + Assist with inventory checks and warehouse organization + Support general warehouse duties, including cleaning and material handling + Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines What We're Looking For + Forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment + Ability to operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to count inventory accurately + Comfortable using warehouse technology, scanners, or computers + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Commitment to workplace safety Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodhull, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00
