Woodridge, IL Current hours 6am-6pm M-F Saturdays are currently mandatory! 7am-11am Once the busy season is over, the regular schedule is m-f 8am- 5pm

www.alliancewf.com Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Forklift Driver to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient product handling, and a safe, organized work environment. This position is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting customer delivery expectations. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts (sit-down and stand up) and pallet jacks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock organization Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support general warehouse operations and tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred Forklift experience a plus (certification preferred but not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Basic math skills and attention to detail Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and on a team Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting Seasonal temperature variations may occur Benefits Paid Time Off in accordance with the Illinois Day and Temporary Labor Service Act After 90 days of employment: Health insurance options Dental and vision coverage Work Location In-person (Woodridge, IL)
