Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Job Summary The Forklift Operator/Receiver is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, parts, and finished product within the manufacturing facility. This role supports production, shipping, and receiving operations by loading and unloading trucks, supplying production lines, and organizing inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in an industrial environment and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy. Duties Operate forklifts to transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the facility and yard areas. Load and unload trucks, and containers accurately and safely. Supply production lines with materials and remove finished goods for storage or shipping. Receive material in our system Shakedowns Organize warehouse materials and keep work areas clean and safe. Part runs as needed Inspect forklifts daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately. Ensure all loads are properly secured and stacked to prevent damage or hazards. Assist with inventory counts and tracking material usage. This is a brief description and does not detail all job duties. Requirements Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Ability to read and understand shipping documents, work orders, and safety instructions. Computers Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand for long periods, and work in outdoor or indoor environments. Valid Drivers license Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.

Full-time Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
