Basic math skills required for counting, weighing, and inventory tracking. Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and warehouse instructions. Experience Requirements Minimum of 6 months of recent warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience required. Experience loading, unloading, picking, packing, and organizing inventory in a warehouse environment. Experience using inventory systems, scanners, or warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good organizational and time-management skills. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Experience preparing orders for shipping, stocking inventory, and maintaining warehouse organization. Physical Capabilities Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and move up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and crouching throughout the shift. Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. Comfortable working around warehouse equipment, moving machinery, and vehicle traffic. Job Duties Load and unload materials, products, and shipments from trucks and designated storage locations. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipping and distribution. Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. Sort, label, stock, and organize inventory in racks, shelves, and storage locations. Maintain accurate inventory records and enter inventory transactions into warehouse systems. Verify quantities, count inventory, and inspect materials for accuracy and quality. Assemble and distribute materials, tools, and products to support warehouse operations. Prepare parcels and shipments for delivery while meeting quality and accuracy standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
