Clean machines and equipment using belts, wire, and guides. Visually inspect coated and sheet metal and remove defective sheets such as missing coating or litho, off-color, drip marks, bends, scratches, dirt, and damaged. Record defects. Record process and production data, monitor process control charts, and take corrective action. Match coating colors to required standards.
