Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background operating forklifts in a large warehouse within a distribution environment and be committed to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workplace. This role is responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate sit-down forklifts. Load trucks and unload shipments of incoming and outgoing shipments. Move raw materials, finished goods, and components throughout the facility. Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage. Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation. Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns. Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Minimum of 3 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Experience loading and unloading flatbeds, trailers, or commercial trucks. Ability to safely handle large, heavy, or oversized materials. Basic inventory and warehouse management knowledge. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication skills. Working in a team environment attitude. Fluent in English Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems. Experience with RV/trailer axles, components/parts, or industrial materials. Shipping and receiving experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. Ability to safely operate equipment for extended periods.
