Job Description

M to F 7am to 3:30pm $20 Job Summary The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, loading, and unloading of products within the warehouse. This position supports daily distribution and logistics operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining productivity standards, and following all safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload trailers, containers, and warehouse inventory. Move, stack, store, and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations. Perform inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and quality standards. Assist with order picking, packing, and other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous forklift operating experience required. Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to work in warehouse conditions with varying temperatures. Comfortable operating equipment at elevated heights and in narrow aisles when required.
