We're looking for reliable individuals who take pride in maintaining an organized workspace and ensuring smooth operations across the facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and is okay working in a unique environment. This facility is located on the southside of downtown Indianapolis.

Pay/Benefits:

$24.55/hour Benefits are available once hired-on: includes medical, dental, vision, 401K and more.

Schedule:

Shift is 5:45am - 6:15pm working a 2 day on, 2 day off, 3 day on pattern. You will get 36 hours in one week and 48 hours the next. Must be available to work holidays if your schedule falls on that day.

Company Info:

This company is a waste/recycling disposal facility whose services include collection, transfer, disposal and recycling. This nearly new facility features nice and clean amenities and a well-maintained workspace throughout.

Job Duties:

Will use a sit-down forklift and clamp truck to move large bails around. Will bring those bails to the production line, offload and reload. Will assist with wrapping and banding pallets of material. Ability to multi-task and monitor the wash line for any errors.

Requirements:

Sitdown forklift experience is preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items safely Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Excellent coordination and communication with team members Must be reliable!
