Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Utility Operator to join our distribution facility team. This essential role involves overseeing the operation of freezer, cold and dry rooms, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess experience with the Stand Up Reach Truck/Stand Up Dock Stocker forklifts and Walkie Ryder. As a Utility Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality products and the continuous improvement of operational procedures.

Night Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 7 p.m. till finish, off on Saturdays and Sundays.

Night Pay:

Starting payrate is $19/hr

Requirements:

Stand Up Reach Truck forklift or Stand Up Dock Stocker forklift experience and Walkie Ryder experience.

Day Schedule:

Sunday to Friday from 6 am till finish, off on Saturdays and one other day in between the week.

Day Pay:

Starting payrate is $18/hr

Stand Up Reach Truck forklift and Walkie Ryder experience. Temp to Hire Duties Operate and monitor machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility, including Stand Up forklifts, Walkie Ryders and Electrical Pallet Jacks. Will be Receiving, Loading/Unloading, Replenishing and Stocking. Must have no issues with operating handheld capture devices, specifically Zebra barcode scanners, in a high volume environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes; contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains. Work in a cold warehouse environment with restaurants' food pallets. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse environment, specifically with the Stand Up Reach Truck forklift, Dock Stocker forklift and Walkie Ryders. Familiarity with handheld capture devices, specifically Zebra barcode scanners. Ability to operate Stand Up forklifts and Walkie Ryders; Scissor Lift is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively within diverse teams. Military background or military technical training is considered a plus due to disciplined approach and technical expertise. Not required. Being able to work in a cold and fast environment.
