Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR)

Setting:

Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Whitestown, Indiana. The OT will evaluate and treat patients with the goal of maximizing functional independence and helping residents safely participate in daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled interventions addressing ADLs, upper-extremity function, strength, coordination, ROM, cognition, and functional mobility Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment Establish measurable goals and monitor progress Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and other team members Educate patients, families, and caregivers Complete timely clinical documentation and discharge planning

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Indiana OT license or ability to obtain SNF, rehabilitation, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation:

$45

•55/hour

Pay:

$45.00

•$55.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0

•40.0 per week
