Job Description

7am to 3:30pm $21 Position Summary The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklift equipment to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations. The role helps ensure exceptional customer service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. Key Responsibilities Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently. Pick and pack customer orders according to order tickets and specifications. Use RF scanners to record inventory movements and complete transactions. Load and unload trucks and move materials to designated warehouse locations. Stage, band, label, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery. Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy. Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety, security, and quality procedures. Work overtime and various shifts as required by customer demand. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Ability to pass Langham Logistics forklift certification training. Minimum 1 year of turret forklift experience (for turret operator positions). Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability and willingness to work in a cold-storage/refrigerated environment for the duration of the shift. Physical Requirements Frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the warehouse. Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as required. Safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.
