  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our shipping and receiving team on the 1st shift.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize materials throughout our warehouse and manufacturing facility. You will be an essential part of our logistics operation, ensuring that products are efficiently handled, properly documented, and ready for shipment. This is a temporary position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move raw materials, components, and finished products
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision and care
  • Organize and stack materials in designated warehouse areas, maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment at all times
  • Coordinate with shipping and receiving staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding material locations and inventory status
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning as directed
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as needed
