Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Forklift Operator with experience operating Stand Up Counter Balance Lifts
  • Location:
  • Kansas City
  • Pay Range:
  • $20.00
  • Shift:
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
  • What's the Job?
  • + Perform activities related to receiving, storing, and shipping raw materials and finished goods accurately and efficiently.
+ Operate stand-up counterbalance forklifts safely within a busy warehouse environment. + Use handheld scanners to update inventory systems in real-time, ensuring data accuracy. + Pull and verify materials based on production work orders, and assist with palletizing and wrapping pallets. + Support various warehouse tasks including assisting production teams, handling raw materials, and maintaining safety standards.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Up to six months of sit-down or stand-up forklift experience preferred. + Experience with RF scanning or handheld barcode devices preferred. + Ability to pass forklift operator and material handler assessments. + Knowledge of shipping practices and standards is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work tasks.
