First Shift (5:30 AM - 3:00 PM) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Trolley Operator to join our Plant Trucking team. As a Trolley Operator in the Plant Trucking Department, you are responsible for safely operating the trolley to move materials, components, and finished goods between production lines and assembly areas. This position will also be responsible for general material handling. Responsibilities Move materials, components, and finished goods along designated routes within factory or warehouse according to production schedules. Secure, load, and unload materials onto the trolley. Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift inspections of trolley and forklift. Verify material/good numbers and quantities against picking lists or work orders to ensure accuracy. Report shortages, malfunctions, or production line delays to supervisors. Perform general material handling responsibilities in factory or warehouse. Requirements Qualifications Must have at least one year of prior forklift experience. Prior trolley experience highly desired. Must be able to work successfully and efficiently in a fast paced work environment. Safety and quality focused. Must be dependable. Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little supervision required. Experience in manufacturing required. Must possess basic computer skills. Must be able to use simple math.
