01 Job Description The Warehouse Support Staff role requires a proactive approach to managing inventory, ensuring on-time delivery, and fostering supplier relationships to enhance reliability and efficiency. On-site position, 5 days/week •6:30AM - 3:30PM (1 Hour Lunch) OT is very rare. Occasional overtime may be required •May be required to travel out-of-town up to 1-2 consecutive days. Provides analysis and input regarding customer returns. Fulfillment of critical spares via internal ticketing system Interfaces with management, vendor warehouses, internal technicians return and inventory issues. May interface with management relative to inventory issues, scheduling and/or training. Perform offsite auditing of vendor and pickup delivery locations. Responsible for servicing, stocking, and returning items from remote field sites Processes purchase orders, RMA's. Equipment Handling:

If a NPW has been given permission and access to or will be required to drive company vehicles, NPWs will be required to successfully pass a DMV related background check as part of their employer's background checks process.
