JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You operate the production line to pack honey products into finished goods and prepare them for distribution You manage honey batches by staging, loading and unloading hot boxes You work in the warehouse area by pulling and loading orders/transfers, unloading inbound trucks and staging components for production You maintain accurate and organized inventory at all times You manage empty drum inventory which includes inspecting, repairing, washing, lidding, and palletizing empty drums You help in other departments as needed. This could include working at the Hillsboro facility as well

TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED

You are detail-oriented and catch on to many new tasks quickly. You are self-motivated and look for ways to help those around you. You are a team player and willing to do whatever it takes to complete the days manufacturing goal. You are able to efficiently grab, lift or move various objects around the plant with a forklift or manually You aren't afraid to "get your hands dirty." You need to be able to lift 55 lb. drums repeatedly, on occasion. You have effective interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude and work well in teams. You are conscious of safety. You can safely operate all manufacturing equipment including forklift and company vehicles.
