Business is good- and we're hiring! ! ART (Advanced Rubber Technologies, a Global Alliance company) is looking for an Operator to join our growing team! This position is based out of the Goodyear facility in Topeka, KS.

ART/Global Alliance is dedicated to reducing our environmental impact by recycling post-industrial materials for the tire and rubber industries. Our proprietary process allows us to save more than 50m+ pounds of material per year from landfills. Our innovative approach coupled with honesty, integrity, and world class customer service provide tremendous value for our customers. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in operating forklift, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Forklift experience will also contribute to success in this role. •You must pass a forklift operation test that will be given onsite to ensure safe operation of equipment at all times.• This position is for the first shift. Monday to Friday. 6:30 am to 2:45 pm.

Job responsibilities will include:

Loading and Unloading tractor trailers safely while using heavy equipment General Shipping and receiving Moving material around warehouse Material separation Following all company safety procedures Wearing all company required PPE at all times Education required:

High School Diploma or GED Skills:

Forklift license and operations experience. Need to be able to lift 35-50lbs regularly Need strict attention to detail!
