Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and product handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 1st or 3rd Shift
  • What's the Job?
  • + Operate powered equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks to move, locate, and stage products and materials.

+ Check inbound and outbound products for damage, infestation, and proper labeling.

+ Ensure products match customer requirements and are accurately recorded in inventory systems.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment maintenance and safety checks.

+ Assist with physical inventories and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

  • What's Needed?
  • + High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Forklift operator certification or completion of a training program within the first 30 days of employment.

+ At least six months of warehouse experience and forklift operation experience is desirable.

+ Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently for up to 80% of the shift.

+ Good communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
