6:45 AM•7:00 PM 2nd
Shift Hours:
6:45 PM•7:00 AM 2-2-3-2 rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off) Temp-to-hire opportunity after 520 hours Health benefits Dental insurance
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma/GED is preferred Ability to operate powered industrial equipment Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow safety procedures, SOPs, and operational guidelines
Preferred:
2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience What You'll Do as a
Forklift Operator:
Follow and promote all safety requirements related to barrel processing and warehouse operations Safely operate equipment and industrial vehicles Report safety concerns, accidents, and near misses immediately Participate in safety inspections and accident investigations Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work environment Ensure daily production goals are met while following safety, quality, regulatory, food safety, and environmental standards Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies Perform quality inspections, equipment operation, cleaning, and plant maintenance Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control Contribute ideas to improve daily operations and departmental KPIs Communicate effectively with team members and other departments Work with leadership to develop skills and improve performance Maintain professional relationships and contribute to a positive team environment MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
