Non-Exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities Adhering to safe working methods, good working practices and housekeeping. Unloading and loading of materials and supplies from trucks. The setup of fiber bales at the hopper systems for each production line. Packaging and labeling of finished goods. Changing propane tanks for forklift (as needed). Proper mixing of latex binder according to established recipes. Measuring the binder levels in storage and mix tanks. Receiving raw binder during shift. Developing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment according to established standard procedures. Ability to meet company policy for attendance and work schedule requirements. Other duties assigned.
