Requirements:
What You'll Do (Forklift Operator / Material Handler) Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to move and track inventory Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals Benefits & Perks Paid Time Off from Day One- Accrue 48 hours per year (4 hours per month) immediately 401(k) with Company Match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid forklift training and certification Overtime opportunities Career growth into Lead, Trainer, and Supervisor positions What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
