Temp-to-Hire Schedule Information Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Mandatory weekend overtime may be required on Saturdays or Sundays. Forklift Operator Requirements Previous forklift and manufacturing experience required Experience with material handling and warehouse operations High school diploma or GED required Strong mechanical aptitude Knowledge of forklift safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements Ability to read and interpret work orders and pick lists accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 30 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, and stand throughout the shift Steel-toed shoes, a long-sleeved shirt, and full-length pants required Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other assigned material-handling equipment. Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility. Use the warehouse management system to track and locate products. Pick orders and load or unload trucks using a forklift. Complete production duties based on operational needs. Inspect equipment regularly and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all warehouse, forklift, and workplace safety procedures. Keep the assigned work area clean and organized. Perform other warehouse or production duties as assigned.
