Job Summary:
Report production on parts from press and welding. Load truck to/from subs. Receive incoming shipments into CMS.
Required Qualifications:
Must have valid Forklift certification Minimum 3 - 4 years forklift experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment Must be able to read and write in English Ability to follow well defined procedures, with organization skills Ability to use computer inventory system; experience with CMS is an asset

Excellent attendance Ability to interact with the Management Team in a professional manner to continually enhance the company's performance Desire to learn the business, understand the production process by walking the floor, and participating in production meetings A complete hands on approach is required to assist the plant in developing into a successful and profitable division of Martinrea, a multi-billion dollar company Ability to work independently without supervision and with minimum direction Ability to work in a team environment and be both a team player and team leader Ability to manage and direct subordinates on the day-to-day tasks in a fast paced environment Ability to mentor and guide subordinates to achieve overall departmental goals and objectives Support and contribute to the Quality Systems and Environmental Systems Requirements Respecting and understanding of the Customer/Supplier relationship Adopt a common sense approach to identifying and addressing problems and control weaknesses Ensure that all duties and tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and at no time is the employee or their co-workers placed in an unsafe condition
Responsibilities:
Production reporting for all product via CMS reporting menu (suspect/ hold parts into Q25, re-worked/ good out of Q25). Weigh audit bins that are live reported Responsible for making labels (both Active and Dead labels) for production parts being manufactured. Collect and inspect production tags to ensure tags are matching with the actual parts being reported. Weigh - count parts using the production Matrix Scale Receive inbound trucks (receiving components/ sub-contractor parts/ empty bins/ some steel coils/ oils etc.) Scan receive incoming product into CMS Loading and unloading milk run trucks and creating packing slips for outgoing product Ensure bins are put away safely into proper areas (FG, WIP, QuarantineOutside storage). Maintain empty bins location to ensure bin availability for production use Complete the necessary documentation; forklift checklist Ensure the safe operation of forklift at all times; abide by safety training and regulations Abide by all company polices including, but not limited to the following; Health and safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human resources policies, and Martinrea Employee Handbook Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on

Constant communication with employees, peers, and management Overtime as required
