Inventory Order Picker We are seeking a dependable and motivated Inventory Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, safely operating forklifts, maintaining organized inventory, and ensuring orders are prepared for shipment on time. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, is safety-conscious, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy. Responsibilities Pick and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operate forklifts safely to move inventory throughout the warehouse. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Verify product quantities and inspect items for accuracy and quality. Organize inventory and maintain clean warehouse locations. Assist with receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and inventory control. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Work closely with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Qualifications Current forklift certification is required. Previous forklift operating experience required. Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred. Experience using electric order picking equipment is preferred but not required. Ability to accurately read work orders and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
