Forklift Operators & Warehouse Associates All Shifts Available Overview As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely loading, unloading, moving, and tracking freight in a clean, modern distribution facility. The ideal candidate has stand up forklift and/or reach truck experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role involves loading and unloading shipments, moving and organizing materials, operating warehouse equipment, verifying shipment information, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Responsibilities Safely load and unload freight from trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles. Move, sort, and stage materials based on destination, route, and shipment requirements. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Read and interpret freight labels, shipment codes, and routing information. Verify and reconcile shipping and delivery documents, including manifests and bills of lading. Label, weigh, and measure freight to ensure accurate records and shipment processing. Document damaged, missing, or misrouted freight and complete required reports. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Skills Previous forklift operating experience (stand up forklift OR reach truck). Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, or dock environment. Ability to accurately read freight labels, shipment information, and documentation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
