3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Job Summary The Reach Truck Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move materials, support inventory operations, and assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse equipment experience, strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely operate reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment . Pick and move orders accurately and efficiently. Load, unload, transport, stack, and store materials. Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying shipments and inspecting loads. Complete routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing. Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation. Handle materials carefully to prevent product damage and safety hazards. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Follow OSHA safety standards and all company safety procedures. Work with supervisors and team members to maintain an efficient warehouse workflow. Assist with general warehouse duties and material handling as needed. Requirements & Skills Previous experience operating a reach truck or forklift in a warehouse environment. Experience with reach trucks, lift trucks, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, or similar equipment. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of forklift and material-handling safety procedures. Ability to perform basic math for inventory counts and measurements. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
