Available Schedules & Pay Rate:

1st shift: 5am - 3:30pm (Sun. to Weds or Wed. to Sat.) @ $22/hr 2nd shift: 4pm - 2:30am (Sun. to Wed. or Wed. to Sat.) @ $23/hr Bonuses $500 New Hire Bonus after completing your two weeks of work. $100 Referral Bonus for every person you refer who gets hired. About the Opportunity MVP Staffing is a light industrial staffing company with offices in New Jersey and California. We are excited to launch our first Massachusetts location by supporting a brand-new warehouse operation in Hopedale. Our client, MAERSK , is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, operating in more than 130 countries. Responsibilities Safely operate propane forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with OSHA and safety standards. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to warehouse safety protocols for heavy equipment operation. Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs on forklifts and related equipment to ensure optimal performance. Manage inventory by accurately scanning barcodes, updating warehouse management systems (WMS), and maintaining precise stock levels. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker tools and manual handling techniques. Assist with warehouse management tasks such as organizing storage areas, conducting cycle counts, and managing stock rotation. Follow all safety standards in production environments, including proper manual handling procedures and heavy lifting techniques. Qualifications Proven experience operating forklift trucks (including propane-powered models), reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, Hi-Los, or similar equipment in a warehouse setting. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, shipping & receiving procedures. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials manually when necessary. Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy. Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
