Lunenburg, MA Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00

PM Pay Rate:

Kelly is partnering with Smurfit Westrock to find an experienced Forklift Operator for their off-site warehouse in Lunenburg, MA. Join a driven team that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork!

What You'll Do:

Safely operate industrial forklifts and perform daily equipment inspections Track, move, load, and unload materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and condition Meet customer delivery requirements, loading up to 25 trailers daily Use an RF scanner for material handling and documentation Palletize and stretch wrap units; complete all necessary paperwork Support production lines and assist other departments as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area, including changing propane tanks and cleaning warehouse/loading docks

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED Valid driver's license Prior forklift experience in a high-speed environment preferred Forklift certification (recent preferred; we will train candidates willing to learn) Basic computer skills and willingness to learn proprietary software Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; basic math and tape measure skills Strong attendance and availability for overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, use stairs, and drive in reverse throughout the shift
