Full Job Description Administrative Clerk & Forklift Operator Location:

Natick, MA Work Hours:

Monday-Friday, 0700-1530 (30-minute lunch)

Position Type:

Full-Time (On-Site) We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk & Forklift Operator to support the Centralized Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP) at Natick Soldier Systems Center.

Responsibilities:

Perform receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, and shipping functions using GCSS-Army and Automated Manifest System (AMS). Operate MHE/forklifts (up to 36,000 lbs capacity) to move and stage cargo. Inspect and document incoming/outgoing items, photograph shipments, and ensure data entry accuracy. Support warehouse organization, storage, and inventory management. Adhere to Army regulations and safety requirements in all operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

1-2 years' experience with GCSS-Army and related T-CODE transactions, equivalent to WG-06 rank/grade. Demonstrated experience operating forklifts/MHE up to 36,000 lbs (valid state driver's license required; OSHA or military certification preferred). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and work in varied warehouse conditions (indoor/outdoor, exposure to heat/cold/dust). Commitment to safety and compliance with all PPE requirements. This position is covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA).
