Responsibilities of the Forklift 3rd shift Drive stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload tractor-trailers Scan inbound loads into inventory and place them in proper rack locations Pick pallets for outbound loads using high reach trucks Operate equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring the safety of all team members Use scanners and software to maintain accurate physical inventory Collaborate effectively with team members Be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts Perform other duties as needed Requirements of the Forklift 3rd shift Minimum 1-year experience with stand-up forklifts and loading/unloading trailers Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and speak basic English Experience with inventory and logistics software (WMS) preferred Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a cold storage environment with temperatures as low as -15 degrees Fahrenheit Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and tolerate heights up to 55 ft Compensation/Benefits for the Forklift 3rd shift Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #NRTramirez
