Hours:

12PM to 9PM M-F or 530AM to 3PM M-F Responsibilities Safely operate reach trucks, forklifts (including lift trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo equipment) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Manage inventory accuracy through barcode scanning, inventory management systems, and proper materials handling techniques Pick and prepare orders efficiently using order picker equipment while adhering to safety standards in production Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper storage Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor repairs to maintain optimal operation of material handling equipment Follow OSHA and warehouse safety protocols during all forklift operations and manual handling tasks Support warehouse management in maintaining organized storage areas and ensuring compliance with warehouse distribution procedures Skills Proven experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo equipment in a warehouse environment Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and inventory control processes Knowledge of safety standards related to forklift operation, heavy equipment handling, manual lifting techniques, and OSHA regulations Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, load weights, and shipment documentation Skilled in materials handling, load & unload procedures, shipping & receiving processes, and heavy lifting techniques Excellent attention to detail for order picking accuracy and inventory management Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and warehouse supervisors for efficient operations Join us as a Reach Truck Operator if you're eager to bring energy, precision, and safety-conscious practices to a thriving warehouse environment.
