We are seeking hardworking individuals for a Forklift Operator position within a busy truss manufacturing yard. This role works both indoors and outdoors handling completed roof and floor trusses. Position Responsibilities Stack finished trusses safely and securely Organize completed product for shipment or storage Assist with staging materials for loading Verify completed trusses meet quality standards Follow all workplace safety procedures Maintain productivity in varying weather conditions Preferred Background Previous construction, framing, or general labor experience is a plus Ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to work outdoors year round Dependable and safety minded Physical Requirements Frequent lifting and maneuvering of heavy materials up to 100 pounds Ability to work in sun, rain, wind, and changing temperatures Extended periods of standing, walking, and manual labor Full Time | Day Shift - 8:30am to 5:00PM | Overtime Available This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy hands on, physical work and are comfortable working outside in a production environment.
