1 week on 1st shift before moving to nights We're hiring a Heavy Industrial Forklift Operator for a leading manufacturing facility in Hagerstown. This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating large industrial forklifts in a production, warehouse, or shipping environment. Responsibilities Operate heavy industrial forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Perform shipping and receiving functions Verify incoming and outgoing shipments Stage materials for production and warehouse operations Complete equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures Maintain inventory accuracy and material flow throughout the plant Qualifications Previous forklift experience required Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced operation Comfortable working around heavy equipment and industrial machinery Strong attendance and reliability Compensation & Benefits $25.06 per hour Temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay Stable full-time schedule Long-term career potential Interested candidates should apply directly or contact us for immediate consideration.
