Job Summary Shift:

8am-4:30pm M-F Occasional overtime depending on business needs shifts may run longer! We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate will possess strong materials handling skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and the ability to operate various heavy equipment safely. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment safely to load and unload materials Manage inventory stocking, replenishment, and organization within the warehouse Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to shipping standards Verify order accuracy through quality control procedures before dispatch Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery Use warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and update order status Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve distribution efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading goods efficiently Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and stock management Experience with using tablets and computer systems Proficiency with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and mechanical equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials handling tasks effectively Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and tools Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or leadership is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control purposes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and order fulfillment procedures This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to efficient logistics operations within a thriving organization.
