Warehouse Associate - Forklift Operator Pack Edge, Inc., an employee-owned company, is looking for experienced and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our highly experienced warehouse team! We are looking for individuals currently certified or with recent experience operating a forklift. Must have skills operating a variety of warehouse equipment. Must have experience and be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing product rotation in a freezer environment is a plus! Position Details Full-time positions Monday-Friday only. Offer a variety of shifts 4:00 a.m-1230 pm, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 830 -5:00 p.m. (8-hour shifts). $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience and skills -potential for growth! Opportunity for overtime Full benefits package, including 401(k) match and ESOP What We're Looking For Current, hands-on forklift experience with certification and knowledge of OSHA Able to speak, read, write English and have Math skills. Attention to details, able to read and accurately pick orders. Able to safely load and unload trucks. Ability and skilled at safely operating a variety of warehouse equipment. Able to use an inventory system (RF guns) and accurately pick product orders. Load and unload trucks with attention to product alignment and safety. Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience is a must. Freezer environment and product rotation experience is a plus Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
