Compensation:

$18.00-$22.00/hour (based on experience) -

Paid Weekly Schedule:

2nd Shift 1:30pm-10:00pm (will train for one week on 1st Shift)

Contract to Hire EG is immediately hiring a CDL B Driver on behalf of a premier company in Battle Creek, MI!

What You'll Do:

Read customer orders and prepare shipping. Unload trucks/containers from suppliers. Load trucks per customer order. Maintain Lot number tracking sheet. Record amounts of materials or items received or shipped on the inventory board. Perform cycle counts. Complete required training programs. Ensure that area is clean according to company 5S principles. Follow safety guidelines and inspection of equipment.

What You'll Bring:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) Previous commercial driving experience required Forklift license or ability to obtain one High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment with exposure to moderate level of noise, grease and oils, moving machinery, electrical shock. Occasional lifting, carrying or moving objects up to 30 lbs. and regular lifting, carrying or moving objects up to 10 lbs. Occasional work at heights up to 15 feet.
