Job Description
Forklifts hum before sunrise, tugger carts snake through wide aisles, and every pallet that leaves the dock carries parts bound for vehicles across North America. As a Forklift Operator in the Battle Creek area, you are the link between production and the road. This is steady, physical work where accuracy matters and pace stays consistent. You will move with purpose, handle real inventory, and know that what you ship today ends up under the hood of someone's car tomorrow. If you like staying active and seeing clear results from your shift, you will feel at home here. Daily work includes operating tugger carts, picking and staging parts, weighing finished goods for shipment, scanning inventory, and keeping materials flowing between departments. You will work in a multi temperature environment and follow shipping schedules to keep production on track.
