We are seeking an experienced High-Capacity Forklift Driver to safely handle and transport very heavy structural steel materials within our facility. This position primarily works outdoors in our steel yard but will have access to climate-controlled fork lifts. Responsibilities Operate high-capacity forklifts to move, load, and unload large and heavy structural steel products. Safely transport materials within the fabrication shop, yard, and loading areas. Ensure proper balancing, securing, and placement of loads to prevent damage or accidents. Assist with inventory management and ensure materials are properly stored. Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and OSHA regulations. Assist in general labor tasks as needed to support shop operations. Qualifications Experience operating high-capacity forklifts (30,000+ lbs lifting capacity) in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong attention to safety and detail. CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Class A, or at least CDL class B with air is a plus. Join us in delivering excellence through efficient warehouse management!
