Farmington Hills, MI 48331 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Raymond Reach Truck Operator /Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, and operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate has experience with stand-up reach trucks, shipping software, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Process small parcel shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager. Prepare and coordinate outbound truck shipments. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials. Pick, issue, and stage materials for production and customer orders. Operate stand-up reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts safely. Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and quality. Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Work closely with shipping, receiving, and production teams to meet daily deadlines. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications 3-5 years of warehouse experience required. Experience operating stand-up reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts. Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager required. Strong computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems. Valid driver's license required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attendance and reliability. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a warehouse setting. #IndJackie
