Role:

We are seeking a hardworking Packaging Assembler & Material Handler. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role where you will spend the majority of your shift performing hands-on assembly of packaging products—including boxes, partitions, and setup packs. You will also serve as the material handler for your area, jumping on a forklift to keep your cell stocked and production moving.

What You Will Do:

Manually build and assemble boxes, partitions, and setup packs continuously throughout your shift. Operate a forklift to supply your cell with raw materials and move finished products. Juggle multiple tasks seamlessly, shifting between heavy physical assembly and material handling to prevent bottlenecks. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

What You Need:

Physical stamina to perform heavy manual labor, repetitive assembly, and lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs]. Prior experience in manufacturing, hands-on labor, or packaging. Forklift operating experience. Excellent ability to multitask and adapt on the fly. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus!

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
