We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Material Handler/Forklift Operator to help keep our operations running efficiently—both indoors and outdoors. Position Overview In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, material handling, and general facility upkeep. Work will take place in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat, so comfort with outdoor tasks is essential. You will also be responsible for general warehouse upkeep, including sweeping, shoveling, restacking pallets, inventory counts, manual materials handling, and other tasks as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Perform forklift safety checks before operation (oil, water, fuel levels) Shovel, sweep, and maintain general warehouse cleanliness Stack 40 lb. bags onto pallets and assist with pallet wrapping Ensure packaging lines have empty pallets and report inventory levels Operate stretch-wrapper and replace stretch film as needed Place palletized bags into inventory with accuracy and care Support plant cleanliness by restacking materials, removing debris, and washing equipment Assist with general material handling and warehouse duties Contribute to overall warehouse upkeep, indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions Requirements Prior warehouse experience Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift and stack 40 lb. bags safely Forklift operation experience preferred
