Job Description

Position:
1st Shift HiLo Operator (6:50 AM - 3:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Operate HiLo (forklift) equipment to safely move materials throughout the warehouse. Load, unload, transport, and stage materials as needed. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks. Ensure accurate handling and organization of products. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and management to support daily operations.
Skills Required:
Previous sit-down forklift experience is required. Stand-up forklift experience is also accepted. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as required.
Pay:
Starting at $19.50/hour
