Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. In this vital role, you will operate various types of material handling equipment to efficiently load, unload, and organize products within our warehouse. Your proactive approach will ensure safety compliance, accurate inventory management, and smooth warehouse operations. Duties Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo equipment to load and unload materials Pick and prepare orders using barcode scanning systems for logistics accuracy Manage inventory levels through warehouse management systems (WMS) and perform regular stock counts Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for repairs Follow warehouse safety protocols including OSHA standards and forklift safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, or Hi-Lo forklifts Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform manual handling tasks as needed Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking accuracy Familiarity with OSHA safety standards in production environments Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving procedures Warehouse experience with heavy lifting, materials handling, and equipment repair is a plus Valid certification for forklift operation; additional certifications like warehouse supervisor experience or warehouse distribution are advantageous Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in materials handling! Pay:
From $19.24 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
