This is not an entry-level forklift position. We're looking for someone confident behind the wheel who works safely and efficiently and has experience moving and stacking large or bulky loads. If you're the person everyone trusts to load a trailer correctly, maneuver in tight spaces, and get the job done without damaging product or equipment, we'd like to talk to you. What You'll Do Operate a sit-down forklift throughout our production facility and yard Load and unload semi-trailers Move and stack pallets and pallet materials safely and efficiently Supply production areas with materials as needed Organize finished product and inventory Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns Work closely with production, shipping, and transportation Help keep the yard and work areas organized and safe What We're Looking For Previous forklift experience required Strong preference for candidates with several years of experience Experience loading and unloading semi-trailers Experience handling large, bulky, or irregular loads is a plus Yard, lumber, pallet, manufacturing, or building-material experience is a big plus Excellent awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in Minnesota weather Willing to jump in and help where needed Pay & Schedule $23.00-$28.00/hour, depending on experience Full-time, Monday-Friday day shift Consistent 40-hour workweek Occasional Saturday overtime available at time-and-a-half No rotating between days and nights Benefits We believe good employees should have good benefits, and you shouldn't have to wait months just to start earning them.
