POSITION SUMMARY

: Operate a forklift to load and unload materials, moving pallets to and from various locations while accurately scanning to the correct location. Stage product to the production line as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES, OR JOB DUTIES

• Safely operate lift trucks with complete understanding of machine
• Perform daily forklift inspection and report all faults
• Pickup and receive detailed orders for truck and rail shipments
• Understand and complete necessary, appropriate paperwork without direct supervision
• Elevate product in bays and racks according to approved practices
• Perform general warehouse duties when not assigned to operate lift truck
• Keep management informed regarding all necessary information
• Able to perform job in freezer environment when appl.
