Full Time Forklift Operator (Overland, MO 63114) We are looking for experienced forklift operators to join our warehouse. The ideal candidate must have real forklift experience (at least one year preferred), demonstrate high proficiency in forklift handling, and pass a forklift operation test before employment.

We have vacancy for shift:

8am to 4:30pm. This is a team-oriented role that requires accuracy, collaboration, and adaptability. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to transport, load, unload, and stack materials. Work within an assigned duty area, ensuring efficiency in material handling. Provide backup support in other warehouse areas when needed. Enter inventory movement records to company operating system accurately and on a timely manner. Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs. Follow warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance. Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing, palletizing, and maintaining a clean workspace. Perform any other duties assigned by the department head. Qualifications & Requirements Proven forklift experience in a warehouse setting (minimum of 1 year experiencepreferred). Must pass a forklift operation test before employment. Must be comfortable in using ipad, computer or other device for entering inventory movement recordsand maintain accurate records. Must have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to work independently and follow established procedures. Physically capable of lifting heavy up to 35lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).Frequent walking, standing, bending, and occasional ladder use, in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other warehouse personnel. Forklift certification is preferred but not required (company may provide certification for the right candidate). Willingness to work overtime when needed or help with different shifts as needed occasionally. Perform additional duties assigned by department head and as needed to support department objectives. Must be reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
